Apparel Refund Policy
•Eligibility for Refunds: Apparel can only be returned for a refund if it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
•Timeframe for Returns: Refund requests for apparel must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
•Non-Refundable Items: We cannot accept returns for apparel if:
•The tags have been removed.
•The item has been worn or washed.
•The return request is made after the 7-day period.
 
Supplement Refund Policy
•Eligibility for Refunds: Supplements can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
•Timeframe for Returns: Refund requests for supplements must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
•Non-Refundable Items: We cannot accept returns for supplements if:
•The seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
•The product has been used, even partially.
•The return request is made after the 7-day period.
 
Damaged Items
 
We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure they leave our warehouse in excellent condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
 
Important Notes
•Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
•We reserve the right to decline a refund if the returned item does not meet the above criteria.
